Substitute for Junk Food and Candy! My New Favorite Treat!

Hope you’re having a great day! If you love candy, taffy and fruit roll-ups like I do but are trying to avoid refined sugars and break the candy habit you will love this healthy treat that has a similar taste/texture. My new favorite treat…dried Mango!!! I find mine at Whole Foods, 365 brand. The best part is the ingredients…just Mangos. Nothing else. When you look for dried fruit at your local grocery be sure to read the ingredients. Make sure there’s NO added sugar, don’t need it, the fruit is great as it is. A fun new treat. Sometimes I even take them to the theater with me  for my “movie candy”. What’s your favorite healthy treat? We’d love to know.
